A fast-expanding producer urgently needed assistance to update their whole IT infrastructure to cope with the growing demands of their business. They needed to implement new software and automation systems but their existing network, servers and Internet connection were not capable of supporting this.
Working with the customer, and with multiple third party suppliers who they work with, we quickly got to grips with the key needs for the immediate and foreseeable future and designed a solution to provide best value for them. This fixed price solution was then implemented seamlessly, with no down-time for the business, and their new systems were then able to be rolled out.
The business continues to grow rapidly but the customer has the peace-of-mind that no further significant investment in their IT infrastructure will be required for at least the next 5 years.
