We received a call to say that our customer’s in-house IT support person had been taken ill and was likely to be off work for up to four weeks. The customer had multiple on-going IT projects and support calls mounting by the day.

LCS were able to work with the customer to develop a day-to-day support plan which suited both the customer’s need and available budget to ensure that the impact of the absence was minimal.

The service, delivered via a combination of on-site attendance and remote support, ensured that urgent issues were addressed immediately, routine issues were addressed in a timely manner and on-going IT project work continued without any delays.
