Help, our server has “died”
When one of our customer’s servers broke and was no longer repairable, we were able to restore all the data from their back up on to another PC temporarily until a new server was purchased and configured.
Their users were able to continue working as if nothing had happened. Some of their customers and even some of their staff didn’t even know they had even had an issue.

Help, we’ve started a new business but don’t have any IT
A new business had just started up. They had no IT, were moving into a building that had not been used as offices before and they needed to be setup urgently. Staff were bringing their personal laptops from home, but they wanted to have controls and safeguards in place to protect their business.
Funding was limited and so we had to find the most suitable and most cost-effective solution, and fast. This was achieved within 3 weeks – from scratch, our IT project work lead to a total system with a server, remote access, data backup solution, printing, cabling, PCs, laptops etc.
The customer was extremely pleased with the achieved end result, especially as this had been achieved in a short lead time and within tight budgetary constraints.
