Emma – Support Team Manager
Emma runs our Support Team, resolves higher level issues and implements solutions throughout the company.
If I’m not answering your calls, I spend most of my time being a Peaker. I also enjoy walking my two dogs, Reggie and Syke in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.
Sean – Support Engineer
Sean works in our Support Team liaising with our clients’ to sort their IT issues.
Away from work I like to watch football, go out with friends and ponder about my next car purchase…
Matthew – Support Engineer
Matthew works in our Support Team and has over 20 years experience of supporting IT
I enjoy visiting new places, playing video games, watching classic sitcoms of the 80’s and 90’s and also try really hard to enjoy running.
Claire – Operations Director
Deals with admin, finances, facilities, operations & flowers (garden).
During my free time I sing in a choir, try to keep fit and enjoy going the theatre.
Daniel – Solutions Team Manager & Accredited Cyber Essentials (ACE) Practitioner
Daniel works in our Solutions Team designing and implementing solutions for our clients.
When I’m not providing solutions, I enjoy spending time with my family, learning new things and playing video games.
Jamie – Solutions Engineer
Jamie works in our Solutions Team procuring solutions for our clients, with specific focus on IT security.
When I’m out the office, I really enjoy going out driving to different places / routes around the UK. When at home I like playing video games or tinkering around with my PC.
Ethan – Support Engineer
Ethan works in our Support Team answering calls, logging tickets and other IT admin.
If I’m not fixing problems, I love playing sports and going to gigs and music festivals. I’m also a big Notts County supporter for my sins.
Jane – Office Manager
Keeps customers happy and our staff safe (plus other projects sent her way).
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, spending time with my family, running and socialising with friends.
Matt – Senior Solutions Engineer
Matt works within our Solutions Team and focuses on some of our larger projects.
I like to spend time with my family, go for long walks with the dog and tinker with PCs and servers in my home lab when I have some free time.
Jake – Solutions Engineer
Jake works in our Solutions Team and spends a lot of his time on Cloud migration projects and telephony solutions.
My passions include spending time with my family and competing in my local pool leagues.
Luna – General Dogsbody
Sleeps wherever she drags her bed, also the main culprit of chewed laces.
It’s hard being Top Dog, so when I get a bit of free time, I like to chew sticks and chase birds or cats, a lot.
